1.Give us a call. Our telephone advices is free. We will explain in detail possible solutions to combat your situation. Should you then require any of our services a fixed quote or guide estimate will be given.

2.If you choose to proceed a visit is arranged at your convenience. Before any work is undertaken a breakdown explaining what will be done is given. This will cover any health and safety issues as well as any other necessary advice. The price is confirmed and work is carried out.

3.On completion a final pest report is filled out, recommendations discussed and the extent of the guarantee explained.
